New Year, new you boo. This year at OrderUp HQ, we have a collective resolution to try and expand our familiar pallets by eating exciting new foods. We want to enrich our gastronomical experience with explosions of foreign flavors with tastes and textures that reach far beyond our comfort zones, and maybe, just maybe, find something else to order besides Pad Thai four times a week.
I went ahead and asked a few OrderUp team members what new eats they plan on trying this year, or, how they may want to alter their already boring diets.
I want to explore more Indian foods. I need to eat more than just Chicken Tikka Masala.
I’m really into trying new types of ramen. And hopefully, this is the year I finally find a really good Bahn Mi, like the kind I had when I was in Vietnam a few years ago.
I really just want to keep eating hummus, but maybe mix it in with something new like Greek yogurt.
I definitely want to eat more cured meats and charcuteries.
I’m… just trying to actually start eating breakfast.
Oh, I’m all about trying out new bowls. Rice bowls, noodle bowls, bowl cuts, quinoa bowls…
And Larry wants nothing new. Thanks for playing, Larry.
